Sale Terms

We recommend that you inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt and verify that your order is correct. We will correct duplicate deliveries, incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. However, you must notify Wigs Unlimited of any discrepancies within 10 days from receipt of goods. Any questions phone toll free 800-447-9447.

No returns will be accepted without pre-authorization from Wigs Unlimited. Requests for returns must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. Phone toll-free 800-447-9447. Under no circumstances will Wigs Unlimited accept returns more than 30 days from the date of the original invoice. Call or Email for our Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). This RMA# must be prominently displayed on the outside of the returned package because we will only accept packages with the RMA#. Merchandise must be in its original condition including any and all hang tags. Customers pay for all shipping for exchange orders.

Re-stocking Fee

You have 30 days to return your item(s) to us with a 20% restocking fee.
Call or email for the RMA# (return merchandise authorization) to be put on the outside return packaging or the package may not be accepted and returned to you. Items must be shipped back to Wigs Unlimited within 30 days from the original ship date.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the order arrived at the shipping location. Any item returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

Final Clearance Sales

Clearance items are valid for online orders only (no phone orders). Items purchased from the Clearance Sale Items are exempt from our Return/Exchange Policies, they are final sale items and are not returnable.

Exempt From Returns

You may not return the following types of items as they are “Exempt” from the return or exchange policy; Final Clearance Items, Wig Accessories or Supplies, and No Wet Products.

Merchandise must be in original condition as received

Merchandise must be in its original box or poly bag (do not mark, tape, or attach anything directly to the packaging). Merchandise must have all their original tags including any and all hang tags attached. Merchandise must be unused and not altered (brushed, combed, picked) in any way. Any merchandise with styling products, smoke odor, perfume, hair spray, etc. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s own expense. All items returned for exchange must be in salable condition.

Cancellations

We must be notified of your request to cancel your order within 24 hours of the time it was placed. After this 24 hour time period has elapsed, a Cancellation Fee of $25.00 will be charged as a result of the cancellation. Customers who cancel their order because of the unavailability of back-ordered item(s) or discontinuance of item(s) are exempt from the $25.00 cancellation fee.

We will cancel any order with any discrepancy due to typing errors, photo images or items on back-order.

Damaged Merchandise

In the case that a product is found to be defective as determined and verified by the manufacturer, Wigs Unlimited will replace the item for the same brand, style, and color at no cost to you. You must contact Wigs Unlimited immediately to be able to receive the replacement after the manufacturer has evaluated the product. Replacements will be shipped out by Standard Shipping, regardless of the original shipping method. At the customer’s own cost, you may have a quicker shipping method. Claims for damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.

Claims for lost shipments must be filed directly with the carrier. Contact us and we will do all we can to help track your package.

The return label will read:
When shipped from our retail location the label will read, Wells Unlimited. Please note that a few orders are DROP SHIPPED straight from the manufacturer and therefore we have no control over the return label saying Wig or Hair.

Most packages in the Continental United States are shipped U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Orders to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO, are shipped to the United States Postal Service (USPS).

All shipping & handling charges are up to 3 pounds with the exception of Canada, and Mexico along with International Oversea Orders.
Additional charges will be added to orders over 3 pounds.
