Sale Terms

We recommend that you inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt and verify that your order is correct. We will correct duplicate deliveries, incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. The returned package must have the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice with the Return Authorization Number on it. Merchandise must be in its original condition. Final Clearance Sales

Clearance items are valid for online orders only (no phone orders). Items purchased from the Clearance Sale Items are exempt from our Return/Exchange Policies, they are a final sale items and are not returnable.

Exempt From Returns

You may not return the following type items as they are “Exempt” from the return or exchange policy; Final Clearance Items, Wig Accessories or Supplies, and No Wet Products of any kind.

Merchandise must be in original condition as received

Merchandise must be in its original box or poly bag (do not mark, tape or attach anything directly to the packaging). Merchandise must have all there original tags attached. Merchandise must be unused and not altered (brushed, combed, picked) in any way. Any merchandise with styling products, smoke odor, perfume, hair spray, etc.. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customer’s own expense. All items returned for exchange must be in salable condition.

Cancellations

We must be notified of your request to cancel your order within 24 hours of the time it was placed. After this 24 hour time period has elapsed, a Cancellation Fee of $25.00 will be charged as a result of the cancellation. Customers who cancel their order because of the unavailability of backordered item(s), or discontinuance of item(s) are exempt from the $25.00 cancellation fee.

Price Matching

When you present an order for price matching you must include the shipping fees, taxes, etc.

Items purchased from price matching are final sales only! We will need the competitor’s price along with the URL for the product so that we may compare information. Price matching is not valid for past orders as it is good for new orders only.

Damaged Merchandise

In the case that a product is found to be defective as determined and verified by the manufacturer, Wigs Unlimited will replace the item for the same brand, style and color at no cost to you. You must contact Wigs Unlimited immediately to be able to receive the replacement. Replacements will be shipped out by Standard Shipping, regardless of the original shipping method. At the customer’s own cost, you may have a quicker shipping method. Claims for damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.

Lost Merchandise

In the case that a product is found to be defective as determined and verified by the manufacturer, Wigs Unlimited will replace the item for the same brand, style and color at no cost to you. A few orders are DROP SHIPPED straight from the manufacture and therefore we have no control over the return label saying Wig or Hair.

Most packages in the Continental United States are shipped U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Orders to a P.O. Box, APO’S or FPO’S, are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS).

All shipping & handling charges are up to 3 pounds with the exception of Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, and Mexico along with International Oversea’s Orders.
Additional charges will be added to order’s over 3 pounds.

For example a box size that would cost more would be taken out of the original box and put in a smaller packaging to allow a reasonable shipping cost.

    Additional shipping charges may apply for a package over 1 pounds or size of package.
    We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by Customs for International deliveries.
    Due to International Tracking Methods we ship all Oversea’s orders with DHL International Service because it can be tracked from our door all the way to your door.
