POLICY AND PROCEDURES
SALE TERMS:
We recommend that you inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt and verify that your order is correct. We will correct duplicate deliveries, incorrect merchandise or any errors in shipment on our part upon verification of the error. However, you must notify Wigs Unlimited of any discrepancies within 10 days from receipt of goods. Any questions phone toll free 800-447-9447.
PAYMENT METHODS:
MAJOR CREDIT CARDS: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.
MONEY ORDERS: Send to the address at the bottom of this policy page. Must be made out for the total amount and include your full name and order number.
NO CHECKS and NO COD'S: We no longer accept checks as we have had our share of bounced checks.
PAY PAL: Yes, we accept Pay Pal for online website orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We only accept
"Pay Pal" for International Orders.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS !
We offer ONE EXCHANGE per original order, NO REFUNDS will be premitted. Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by Wigs Unlimited.
Request must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. Phone toll free 800-447-9447. Under no circumstances will Wigs Unlimited accept returns more than 30 days from the date of the original invoice.
Call or Email for our RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION Number (RMA#).

The returned package must have the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice with the Return Authorization Number on it. Merchandise must be in its original condition.
There is a 10% RE-STOCKING FEE for each piece returned.
ALL FREIGHT IS PREPAID BY THE CUSTOMER. Exchanges are not eligible for free shipping.
MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AS RECEIVED:
Merchandise must be in its original box or poly bag (do not mark, tape or attach anything directly to the packaging).
Merchandise must have all there original tags attached.
Merchandise must be unused and not altered (brushed, combed, picked) in any way.
Any merchandise with styling products, smoke odor, perfume, hair spray, etc..
All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customer's own expense.
All items returned for exchange must be in salable condition.
CLOSEOUT SALES ITEMS:
Items purchased from the "CLOSEOUT SALES ITEMS"- sales are exempt from our Return/Exchange Policies, they are a FINAL SALES ITEMS and ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
PRICE MATCHING:
Items purchased from a price matching are final sales only!
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
In the case that a product is found to be defective as determined and verified by the manufacturer, Wigs Unlimited will replace the item for the same brand, style and color at no cost to you. You must contact Wigs Unlimited immediately to be able to receive the replacement. Replacements will be shipped out by Standard Shipping, regardless of the original shipping method. At the customer's own cost, you may have a quicker shipping method. Claims for damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.
LOST MERCHANDISE:
On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit. Should this occure it will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise replaced or a credit applied. Phone numbers at the bottom of page.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
We must be notified of your request to cancel your order within 24 hours of the time it was placed. After this 24 hour time period has elapsed, a Cancellation Fee of $25.00 will be charged as a result of the cancellation. Customers who cancel their order because of the unavailability of backordered item(s), or discontinuance of item(s) are exempt from the $25.00 cancellation fee. Phone numbers at the botom of page.
